This is another of PeLi Teas' early spring teas, from the Anhui province made of tender, plump hairy shoots, crafted by tea masters into a straight, flat, palm shape that produces a tea with lasting aroma and a refreshing sweet taste. Legend says this tea cured a monk and Daoist priest poisoned on Jiuhua Mountain at the end of the 9th century.
