Named after Guan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy, Ti Quan Yin was first made in the mid 1700s. Our Ti Quan Yin (Spring) is a spring picked tea made of plump leaves skillfully rolled into tight, emerald-green, iron looking chunks. The liquor has a lasting orchid fragrance and a sweet finish.
